Oksana joined Horwath HTL in July 2015 and is assisting hospitality advisory team with research, market analysis, strategic development and feasibility projects.

Oksana was working in many areas of hotel operations at Cosmopolite Hotel in Kyiv, Ukraine as a Front Office Supervisor before moving to London where she attended Greenwich University and completed a Master’s Degree in International Tourism Management.

During her time in Ukraine, she has been appointed as International Representative Officer of the hotel and attended a few international conferences in Barcelona and London where she was responsible for brand representation and securing future contracts.

As a member of the hotel’s opening team and as a postgraduate academic researcher, she gained skills of market analysis and research, hotel brand development and hospitality promotion.

Project Experience

•  Market and financial feasibility study of an upscale hotel in Warsaw, Poland.
• Asset Management for a portfolio of upper-upscale and luxury hotels and residential apartment in CIS.
• Undertook in-depth market research and analysis to refine the conceptual business plan in order to develop a marketing consortium for the luxury boutique hotel market.
